What we collect

When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:

• Message content

When you message Hisa Matcha on Instagram, we may receive your Instagram account identifier, profile name, message content, attachment type, and message timestamps through Meta's Instagram messaging tools.

When our advertising is running, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad conversions. It sets a cookie (_fbp) and reads the Meta click identifier (fbclid) from links you follow from Facebook or Instagram ads; these are shared with Meta to attribute conversions and reach relevant audiences. Our site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) remain privacy-preserving and collect no personal data.

How we use it

We use information submitted through our website or Instagram messages to respond to inquiries, maintain the conversation history, and manage wholesale sales follow-up. We do not sell your personal information. Aside from the advertising measurement described above (the Meta Pixel), we do not share or use your information for unrelated marketing purposes.

How it's processed

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. We retain your message for as long as needed to respond and maintain business records.

Instagram messages are first processed by Meta and may be recorded in Hisa Matcha's internal sales system so that inquiries are not lost or duplicated. We retain this information only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, and honor suppression or deletion requests.
