How the numbers work
- Matcha cost per drink is your price per kilo × grams per drink ÷ 1,000.
- Left after the matcha is the menu price minus the matcha cost per drink. Nothing else is taken out.
- Matcha used per month is drinks a day × days open × grams per drink, in kilos.
At 4 g a drink, one kilo makes 250 drinks. A gram more or less on the recipe card moves both numbers, so set the grams before you set the price.
